Do I need any dance/ ballet background?

At Wings To Wings, we believe that anyone can dance. #comeasyouare
All our classes are open-level and welcome to all, except for RAD graded ballet lessons available through a termly basis.

How Do I Register for Classes?

We encourage all clients to pre-register for class online! Class sizes are limited and we cannot guarantee there will be spots available in class if you have not preregistered online. Please call us at +65 65320406 or email contact@wingstowings.com to book with us!

What Is The Sign In Process?

  • Please arrive at the studio at least 10 – 15 minutes prior to class to ensure class can get started on time.

  • Participants will not be allowed into a class after the warm up has ended (10 minutes into class) for safety reasons. If you are running late, but registered for class, please call +65 65320406 and let us know.

  • If you are late or arrive at the last minute for a full class, WingsToWings reserves the right to give your spot to another participant that is on standby, even if you preregistered online.


Outfit

What should I wear?

Just turn up in your regular fitness outfit!

All of our classes do not require any shoes, except Ballet and Hip Hop classes.

For Ballet, ballet shoes or normal socks are recommended. We do sell ballet shoes at the receptionist desk, and will be able to help measure and order for you at $28/$32.

For Hip Hop, you will require closed-toed shoes or sneakers.


Facilities

What amenities do you provide?

Sweat towels and hair ties are provided upon request, and we have a dry-changing room area. All shoes have to be removed and placed in the shoe rack in front of the receptionist desk.

You may bring your bags with you into the studio, however, no food or drinks (other than water) can be brought into the studio.

There is a public shower (1 cubicle) available within the OUE DOWNTOWN 2 mall, Level B1 (Near The Providore)


Hows Is Billing/Payment Made?

Students have to make a pre-payment for all classes either via our counter in person or via our online booking systems, including Glofox and Classpass.

What Is The Class Cancellation Policy?

  • Cancellation Policy – Wings To Wings requires 2 hours notice when canceling a class. There will be no charge for cancellations that occur prior to this 2 hour window, and cancellations that occur within the 2 hour window or no shows will result in a one class deduction from your class credit.

  • Please cancel via the booking platform used to book class, or call us at +65 65320406, or email us at contact@wingstowings.com to let us know.

What Is The Refund Policy?

Upon cancellation in the stated 2 hour cancellation window, members shall be liable of the forfeit of their credits, Wings To Wings reserves the right to not return the credits and shall be deemed non-refundable.
