Our Signature Full Body Barre Class - available in 45 min lunch express, or 60 min evening classes.

Want to train like a dancer? Trim inches off with low impact strength based exercises that target the whole body including the legs, arms, torso and buttocks. Full Body Barre combines the body-sculpting benefits of dance with the core training properties of pilates. No background required.

Love it or hate it, students who leave this class will feel like jelly and yet return for more! The class is segmented to target specific muscles.

Focusing on the core, this class is perfect for those who want to strengthen and tone their abdominals. Exercises will target and involve the different parts of the core, building stability and strength from the center to support the rest of the body.
